Social anxiety impacts 1 out of 8 people at every age and from all walks of life

Most sufferers do not seek help.

It is a disease no one wants to talk about. It feeds on shame, humiliation, and embarrassment.

Social anxiety is based specifically on performance dynamics.

Examples include:

Public speaking anxiety
Conversation anxiety
Fear of being noticeably nervous
Fear of blushing & sweating
Selective Mutism
Social Avoidance
Perfectionism disorder
Avoidant personality
Image sickness
Technology over-dependence-driven social skills deficits

Productive treatment requires integrating the domains of:

F. A. T. E.

F = function (physiology)
A = action (behavior)
T = thinking (cognition)
E = emotion

In addition it is imperative to understand the primary personality types:

Obsessive
Narcissistic
Avoidant
Dependent
Perfectionist

In order to resolve social anxiety it is important to integrate “technique” with “core” work.
“Technique” alone will not do the job.
